Theft, M2 (misdemeanor 2 more than $100 but less than $500). I pleaded guilty (hired lawer, he advised to please guilty). I went to theft course, completed community serivice, probation period one year but got early termination. The store released the case after i paid the fine. No fingerprints, no police (the store police) gave me summon ticket.
The case was sealed summer 2008. Please help.

Case is not sealed for immigration purposes.

You need the assistance of an immigration attorney for any future immigration processing to have the best chance of success.
