If someone demands/requires the expertise of an attorney, it is reasonable for them to expect to pay for it. I wish my plumber/doctor/... would provide their services for free just because I don't want to pay for their services even though I need their professional help.

Seriously, what's your point here? :confused:

There are virtually thousands of agencies across the country who are willing to provide pro bono and/or Legal Aid services to those in need.

Many of these agencies deal with immigration issues. Realcool is, I think, simply inquiring if anyone knows of those who fit the bill.

I think this is a public forum,i can sick what ever i want,all i need is legal advice

has always advice me to sick a lawyer advice,doctors are in Haiti,for free

I think he can afford an attorney. It is not like he is not highly paid relative to the individuals the social service agencies are trying to help.

its like you have been so busy

been on the road for a week, finaly back home.
anyway...

most lawyers will give you a first visit with no charge to review your case.
if you ask the right questions you won't need a second visit. lol
but as others mentioned already you can also find many pro bono lawyers
and with some research you can find many organizations that will provide you with legal help from start to end.

(you all know I don't usually do this but...)

I want to bump this - because I do believe realcool may need a bit more help :)

My case has been resumed,just be honest,i got in to the USA with a B2 visitors visa and got married 3 week as i enter the state,as you no wanted to travel b4 i was told i will not be giving another visa since i got married in USA during my visit.that she will have to fill the form 130 for me.i will like to no what are my chances for the interview because we really dnt have letter or proof of existing relation because we only talk with messenger, we meet and she like me,we got married.then i find out i cant travel back or re enter the states. i rented a house and we started staying 2gether, we previously planed that i will have to come back before the staying in 2gether thing before we realized that i will not be granted entry,we rented the house and we started staying leaving together,i believe my interview letter will be the next thing i will get in my mail.what do u advice me to take and say during my interview.because i haven't been working here and i am frustrated.i really dnt want to migrate to the state,i just dnt want to be denied entry or feature visa.
