How Long Will It Take to Get a Receipt of Notice

i have seen all i wanted from the post,the post is great.thanks, but do the spouse need to fill another fresh affidavit with the new sponsor or co sponsor

Because the spouse's income isn't enough to meet the I-864 requirements, both the spouse and the co-sponsor should submit new forms.

realcool, I really think you should speak with an attorney.

A friend of mine told me 80percent of people that use lawyers get into more complecated,my friend i honestly believe you guys on line.because you have pass through this also,from what i read from some thread,from date FP is done i have less than 40 days more through the process,let just keep going.10 years old marriages still get complected with lawyers lol.i am not trying to discourage lawyer but she told me that the lawyer told her she paid for filling only that is what he has done for them, any other assistance like this case that i have, she will have to pay and the lawyer didn't let her know from the start,in the filling, what did he do,he downloaded the forms and they filled it and sent them so he collected good money.thanks friend.

all i need you have said it all they all need to send a fresh form(affidavit of support),because a fool will just send a new sponsor affidavit without asking if the 1st affidavit have to be resent,OK then thanksssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, will update you guys ok

OK friends i have seen the notice and its for affidavit of support,they didn't see my affidavit of support,so a friend want to be a joint sponsor.
she can only meet the limit for me and her family,does my joint sponsor really need to be able to sponsor my full family{wife and i} or just me who is the intending immigrant.hope am clear enough Yanstep.

19-JAN-2010 485 case Update RFE mailed
22-JAN-2010 received RFE.
27-JAN-2010 Biometrics done
