Foreign Airline Employee to Marry U.S. Citizen
    Hi All,

I need some advice on what is the best way to go about marrying my fiance who is a US Citizen.
I am an Airline Employee of a foreign country and I am required to travel even to the US at times. I therefore hold a multiple entry US VISA. I wish to marry my boyfriend but I do not want to live in the states until my citizenship or greencard is confirmed.
When we marry, I will still live in my country and keep my job. The problem is ... What happens if my job requires me to travel to the USA. Is there some exemption for this? Do I have to quit my job which I think is ubsurd.

I will appreciate any input on what is the best way of going about this situation.

You can hold a non-immigrant visa while married to a U.S. citizen, as long as you don't intend to immigrate. Should questions arise, be prepared to document that you continue to have your principal residence in another country, with strong ties to that country.
