Transfer F1 to H1

Hi,

I have been working on a master program for five years, but couldn't finish my thesis. My I-20 expires this December.

Anyway, this month I started to look for a job and found a compay that wants to hire me. The company wants me to work as soon as possible. However, I couldn't apply for OPT nor CPT while I was at school.

How and How soon can I work for the company without a OPT program? Should I find another school to transfer to and apply for CPT there?

Please advise me. FYI, I had received a F1-visa that is valid for a few more years from now on.
