    Felony Misconduct in Office
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

Officials determine breach of statutory requirements is OK.

Possible courses of action toward statutory compliance when officials have determined to ignore and repeat violations?

cyjeff - my appologies, I thought it was clear the links contained 'Details' of the misconduct being addressed. The typical response to simply stating 'misconduct in office' is discounting the claim, ie. if claim were true and accurate some official would already be taking corrective action.
