Traffic Citations and Accidents, and Naturalization
I am applying for cititizenship. I am listing all the citations. I have 5 traffic citations (red light, stop sign) in the last 5 years. Is this too much? Un fortunately I also had 2 stop-sign tickets with in a week. Would this classify as reck-less driver? Should I be worried?

Should I be reporting my accident (I was found at fault) as a citation?

I have 10 parking citations and 2 fix it (no insurance and expired registration). I took care of these fix-it tickets.

    I appreciate feedback.

    Please let me know.

    Mr. Knowitall
You should describe all of your citations. Moving violation-type "civil infraction" traffic tickets don't normally affect immigration, but you seem pretty intent upon making yourself an exception to that general rule.

You may wish to take a driving class, so you can learn how to properly obey the rules of the road. That may also demonstrate good faith to the USCIS.

Out of those 5 traffic violations. For one of them I went to traffic school. Last tickets were 2.5 years ago.

I guess I can go to traffic school now to show my good faith. Going now be considered just a 'show' for immigration purposes? Please advise.
