2 MIPs in One Night

Somehow i managed to receive two minor in possessions in one night in my college town of Auburn, Alabama. Neither time was my BAC checked all that happened was that a sheet was filled out with my information and the fine of 200+151(court costs). Both officers said if i pay it, its off my record and everything goes away. However, when i got the second one, the officer had no way of knowing i already had one mip. So my question is when i go pay the fines, will i get in more trouble than just the fines once they see that i have 2?? What should i do? thanks!

What do you mean "somehow"? You managed it by again possessing alcohol even after being caught the first time earlier the same night, right?

Both charges are in the same town, so they're probably going to be handled by the same prosecutor's office - probably the same prosecutor. I suggest talking to a lawyer, as that will probably significantly diminish the chances of a deferral or youthful offender disposition.
