    Lawyer is not moving forward with my personal injury case
    i have a question,iam involved in a personal injury case from work i fell and have permanent injuries to my neck and nerve root problems with disc bulges.i have been waiting on my case to do something since i hired my lawyer 15 months ago..what can i do? when i call his office there is no change in status and they tell me the same thing over and over.they are waiting to hear from my ex employer to find out how much insurance they carry...since the time of my injury they didnt have workmans comp at the time. :( they have sent out letters to this company and havent recieved any answers back..what can be done? what is next..thanks

    [/i]are you serious?ive had him for 15 months now...how long does it usually take for a lawer to send out a request to the person being sued?30 days? is that the amount of time they give for a request for insurance information and does this company that is being sued have to answer my lawyers request?if they dont respond what is the next step.can they be hand served?thanks[/b]
