If the custodial parent lives more than 100 miles away from the non-custodial parent, is there a law that states they have to meet half way to drop off and pick up the child.
No. there is no law regarding travel. That arrangement can either stem from an agreement between the two of you, or an order within your visitation agreement. If it is not agreed upon, or stated in your visitation plan, then the standard arrangement is that the non-custodial parent pays for the travel costs to pick up the child(ren) while the custodial parent pays to return them home.
