Abandoment of Child Laws

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: florida

I have had a child in my home for over two weeks now. The mother has not called nor returned the temporary guardianship papers to me. She has my name phone numbers and address. She asked for help with the child I drove to hours to get him and she gave me the clothes on his back car seat and birth certificate and shot records. I have heard nothing more from her. I know the father is n prison. How long to I have to wait to file abandoment on the mother so I can seek guardianship of him?
