My question involves criminal law for the state of: michigan, I was caught with about 4 grams of pot and 1 pipe while coming home from a friends house. I was charged with possesion and the pipe. I was wounder since this is the frist time I ever with a drug charge if I would be able to use 7411 since I was in my car. They did not get me for under the influnce just possesion and im a adult.
