Possession of Paraphenalia and Under 20 Grams Marijuana

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

I was pulled over for a headlight being out and when i was asked to show my license and registration the officer saw my pipe as i opened the glove box. He proceeded to search my car, then arrest me. He found no actual marijuana just the resin inside the pipe. Is there any chance i will be sent to jail? It was my first offense. I have a clean record aside from 1 speeding ticket. Also when i was arrested i was not read my rights, will this mean anything in court?

Jail is very unlikely, and you should check with a local lawyer to see if you qualify for a "first offender's program" or something similar that would allow you to avoid a conviction.
