Wants Custody Due to Uncles Influence
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: massachusetts my ex and i were never married, and we have joint custody of our 6 and a half yr old daughter. recently i discovered my ex was seeing my uncle, who raised my brother and i for several years( he also not married). he is not the type of guy i want around my daughter, due to things in the past hes done, im trying to raise my daughter with good morals, something unfortunately my uncle doesnt have. i dont want my daughter growing up thinking its ok to sleep around. do i have grounds to get custody of my daughter? i love my uncle, but dont approve of his lifestyle, and dont want my 3 kids ( i also have a 2 yr old son and a 2 month old daughter with my wife) thinking this is ok too

Unless this man is a LEGAL danger to the child, then...No. This is not grounds for a COC.
