Is There a Statue of Limitation for an Unpaid Traffic Ticket
My question involves traffic court in the State of: california
simple question here. my ticket is almost 16 years ago and had fall-in threw the cracks. now i've been sent to collections for this ticket. is there so kind of statue of limitation on how long they have to collect?
if you had an unpaid bill and was sent to collection, in most states they would have 6-7 years to collect, before the statue of limitation would run out. what about traffic tickets?

    nope... no SOL.

They come after you until the day you die... and, in some cases, after your estate when you do.
