Why do you think that the police are they way to go? I honestly have no trust in the police system in Las Vegas, in case you haven't noticed a lot of them are really messed up.

For years, I worked with children that were genuinely abused and wanted it to stop. They didn't care WHO they called to make it stop, so long as it did.Quote:

I have heard of possible grants that the government will give a child? I am looking for these kinds of options.
I don't know what you've heard, but the government does not give grants to children so that they can move out of the house. If you are not ALREADY self-sufficient, emancipation is a no-go. The taxpayers (in the form of the government) are not going to support you. You do it yourself, or you don't do it at all.
That is the legal answer whether you want it to be or not.
