Second Hearing for Appealed Unemployment
My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: California
I was denied umemployment, appealed, employer never showed up, then appealed my approval and now I have a second hearing. The woman who wrote the rebuttal no longer works there. Can she still go, or would the new director go? Also, If I lost my clearance through the justice dept AFTER I left there, and I didnt know I would lose my clearance on until 2 months later, can any of that be held against me?
Re: Second Hearing for Appealed Unemployment
It's possible that the former employee could go, but most former employees don't want to be pulled into further hearings and many of their employers don't trust that they'll have the organization's best interest at heart after their resignation or termination.
Are you stating that you were fired because you lost your security clearance, which was required for the job, due to actions you took that you knew would cause you to lose your clearance but that you did not disclose to your employer?
