Pacing
My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Ohio
Last night I got pulled over after turning off of my exit. i was pulled over for speeding i got a ticket for 86 in a 65.The officer mentioned that he could'nt get me on radar when i asked for my speed, he put down his own saying that i was pulling away from him. I started far ahead of him and he followed me down the express way for 4 to 5 exits/miles.
I feel like this a bad judgment call on his part being that it was 1:30AM and the fact that multiple times i was out of his sight due to hills and two long turns.
Would i have a decent chance that I can fight this in court?

Re: Pacing
It depends on how the officer will testify as to when he paced you, for how long, where he was in relation to you... etc.
I'm am not too familiar with court procedures in Ohio but you might want to look into requesting "discovery" before you make a decision as to whether you'd want to fight this.
