Step-Father Sponsor, How Much For Fees
    Hello,

my Step-Father is going to sponser me for a Green Card, I was wondering How much would it cost to get that Green Card, I added the forms up

    -I-130 ($190.00)
    -1-864 ($00.00)
    -I-485 ($325.00)+ $70.00
    -G-325A ($00.00)
    -I-765 ($180.00) + $70.00 (work)
    -I-131 ($170.00) (Travel Document)

    total:$1005.00

is this correct? cause I have never heard of applying for Perment Residence $1005.00. I also want to know after the Interview I believe they give you a two year Green Card (if approved) and then give you a final Interview after the 2 years...the Queston I have is there any more fees I would have to pay after the two years?

Also I don't know if I should send the forms in the mail or go to a Local USCIS Office instead (in the states) and give them the forms but I wasn't sure if I should or not, would it be cheaper and/or Faster?

    thank you.

    Mr. Knowitall
If you get the current application fees from the USCIS site, and sum them together, you'll get a total that's hard to argue with.

well I check it out, I called the Hotline and they telling me what forms I need to fill out and truely their just trying to get you to fill out as many forms as I can so I can spend even more, I dont need to fill "Travel Document" because thats if I want to Travel outside the country while the Green Card files are going through and also the "Work Permit" you dont need to do unless if I want to work while my Green Card is going through.

    anyways thanks for your help.
