Emancipation of 19 Year Old Child in Indiana
My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Indiana. Per the information I've been able to obtain Indiana requires the non-custodial parent to support the child until age 21. My question is: Is there anyway to have the child emancipated? He is 19 years old, has a child of his own, is working full time, and lives with his girlfriend more than 90% of the time (he infrequently "crashes" at his mom's for a night or two).

You can petition the court to modify the child support award based upon his independent living arrangements, and the court will decide if support should continue.
