Non-Custodial Now Wants Visitation

Indiana father has threatened to terminate my pregnancy by physical harm and threatened to harm us after childs birth. Despite this I have tried to get him to visit child but denied for years and would not look at child in passing at local sites. Repeated attempts for his vistation have been made but he has declined After attempted jailing for non payment he wants visitation. Child has never seen this father who wants alone visits now after years. We saw a mediator but that did not help he does not want court ordered visitation. I feel it would be a detriment to my daughter's well being at this point. I am very open but want the best I dont think they will order supervised since nothing is court ordered. What should i do!!!!!!!!!!:confused:

this is kind of confusing. i would get a court order... you abide by it even if he doesn't. document everything!!!! when he calls when he doesn't show up etc. after awhile of this if it's not working then go back to court and try to get it reduced... it's a slow process. eventually it sounds like he'll just give up!
