    Second Degree Burglary in Florida
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

Ok, so I was arrested on a warrant in aug 09 from crime commited march of 09 on burglary(house burglarized is a friend). An alleged witness got my license plate # during a home being burglarized (witness his friend) and in the affidavit it basically says the witness saw 2 guys enter through a window and out the front door into my car with my tag. Heres the thing I wasn't there nor was my car! Just 1 witness is all and he is saying he saw my car with my plate. He cant describe me or anything no prints.

My question is this. Can they convict with one witness? I do have an attorney and she doesn't seem to know much yet about the case. :wallbang:
