Will You Go to Jail for Drug Possession

My question involves criminal law for the state of: will i get any jail time?

I live in NY.
My upcoming court trial is do to possession of marijuana. It was a couple of roaches I had, not too much. Yet not to long ago i was given 1 year probation (unsupervised) for nearly the same thing - a misdormeanor/violation. By the time i have my court date I will be 18. However right now I am 17.
Also, the cop(s) did not write it down on the ticket. But they mentioned that I had three people in the car (not including myself), and i only have a junior license which allows me to drive with only one other person in the car. But like I said, this was not written on any ticket or anything.

Will i be looking at any jail time?

No,the 3rd time can be thou. The fine might be more then the 1st time thou. You need to be careful to b.c this is a minor offense getting caught for that and they might find other things to charge you with. For example having a small amt of weed is volation but smoking in public is a misdeamanor.
