ON 2003 I was arrested for solicitation of prostitution however I wasn't convicted I plea negotiable on court and my case was close as a none prosses. Now is time for my to apply for my citizentship. I just turn 5 years as a Permanent resident.
My question is. Because of my arrest can the USCIS denied my applycation , is anything that i can do to....

    Mr. Knowitall
If they detect the arrest on your record, they will presumably ask you what happened. Consult an immigration lawyer - it may be helpful to discuss this in detail with a lawyer who is fluent in your primary language.
