Seeking Custody

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

My husband filed divorce and he sumitted some papers CS,and a few others but, nothing was stamped evidence on them, I answered and couterpitioned 110 pages of the last year of CPS reports on him (he had a dcf case opened on him for child neglect/ abuse) I left my home I paid for, that I lived with all of the kids without him because he was trying to force his way back into my life yet again and I couldn't risk the abuse towards me anymore, so I had no choice but to do that. I was living with a friend and their family for a while and when I got on my feet I hired an lawyer to get the kids back but, because his stepmother is the judges secertery and his father is the state attorney for the county, it was a losing battle no matter what the GAL said or the school said , missed doctors visits and a contempt order on him for missed visits he just was able to be protected because truly no one was in the best intrest of the children, so when school let out in june he moved to his GF home with her 3 kids (total of 7 kids now) 1.5hrs away without even asking the judge and they closed the case in june. July he filed divorce (he beat me to it) and has changed his number and threaten me with a restraing order if I contacted him. I answered his filing and now he answered my and knowing his father wrote this up for is asking the judge to throw out all of my papers because I didn't sumit them and mark evidence. The same papers he had first sumitted he now resumitted them and mark evidence.

CS was done in my county and at the time I was making 800mo and they put me at no income and since then I got a new job and asked CSE to modify it based on my income is 300 a month less and I'm really struggling paying and they said no because it has not been three yrs. Now he is asking in the divorce to keep it at the current order and I pay full medical and dental and he wants the judge to dismiss the motion to devieate the CS that I put in my answer because It is in another county. But he is asking for the judge to modify it for him. It will be if he gets his way 120% of what I make, can he do that or is he wishful thinking.

I want to be a part of my kids life and want them back with me but, he with hold them from me and I understand their is no visitation order active now but, It still isn't fair and right for the children that we can't even talk on the phone, just he completely cut off contact. I have a completely clean history and have always taking care of them. I just don't see why, besides the EVIL in him to do this to our children.
