22107 VC Violation in Irvine
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I live in Irvine, CA and was given a 22107 VC violation because I failed to make a complete stop before making a right turn at a red light. The officer said that he had reduced the violation to the turning violation but the ticket I received in the mail was for $250. I think this is a little excessive and need to know if there's anyway to get it reduced.
Thanks!
Re: 22107 Vc Violation in Irvine
He did in fact reduce the charge so as to reduce the fine. The red llight violation that you describe carries a fine of $435 (approximately $485 including traffic school).
Can you get it reduced further? Only the judge can answer that for you.
