My question involves criminal law for the state of: Utah
I was with my sister and she stole some things, she is a minor i am an adult. I am being charged with shoplifting. I dont know weather to plead guilty or not guilty @ court because I did know what was going on and didnt stop it. So I am here asking for advice guilty or not guilty what should I plead and what are the consequences for both.
