My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: ohio
im 17 and my dad kicked me out and told me to go live with my boyfriend well for his mom to get custody of me its 1000 dollars and we dont have that so could get get married so i can get emancipated? and would my dad have to consent since he kicked me out

You need to contact CPS. Your father is legally and financially responsible until you are 18 years old.
