I Got a Minor Consumption Last Night

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota

I'm 20 years old. I got a minor consumption last night and I got one back in June. On the last one I just set up a payment plan. I was wondering how many minors you can get in Minnesota before you have to go to court because I was told by Administrators that you can get several and just plead guilty and pay the fine. Furthermore, I dunno if I would have a case or not by the officer who issued me the minor did not write what I blew on my ticket, didn't tell me what I blew and didn't write his name or badge number on the ticket. Any help on this matter who greatly help. Thank you.

You can wind up in court after just one, or it may take several.

If you feel you have grounds to contest this one, by all means, ask for a court date. If the officer doesn't show up, it may well be dismissed.

Actually it's an under 21 consumption.
