    Citizenship Application with Misdemeanor Records
My question is for citizenship, in 2003 I was arrrested for simple assault misdeanor class b, not convicted, my first offense and the case was dismissed after 6 months of probatory. I applied for the citizenship in 2006 and for that reason they dinied me the citizenship because I did not have a good moral and character in the 3 years I have been living in the country. I would like to apply again but I am scared that is going to be denied again what are my options? Can I aplly for an Expungement since has passed 7 years, and what else can I do to obtained it. Thank You for your time.

An expungement won't help. The USCIS can still see your entire criminal record.

Have you stayed out of trouble in the past 7 years? Been a fine, upstanding, law abiding resident? Then submit your application.

Understand, there are no guarantees, but that holds true even with a spotless record.
