Simply state that both children are no longer minors and both have graduated.

I am real curious on what papers you have and how did you get them? I talked to the person assigned to my case at least 10 times in a 3 month span and not once has he stated or sent me any papers for me to fill out. He did state that papers were sent out to the mother to fill out, but none for me too. This was over 6 months ago and I still haven't received the a copy of what was sent out to the mother and her response to it, after numerous requests for a copy.
I did realized that sending certified mail get read immediately. What ever paper work you send to them, send it certified.
