    Possible Sexual Abuse Charge
Has he been arrested? Is there reason to believe that he will be prosecuted?

He may have cause for concern. Depending upon the state he is in, any counselor he sees may be under a legal duty to report an incident of child sexual abuse to the legal authorities.

Will this be permanetly placed on his record?
will this affect the rest of his life?
how long does the parents have to charge him?
what is the canadian punishment for first time offenders?

If he's worried about what may happen, or needs to determine his rights or avenues to obtain confidential counseling, he should probably consult a local lawyer.
