Arrested for Domestic Violence and Disorderly Conduct
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
me and my fiance got in to a fight last yr sometime he was arrested on disoderly conduct by domestic violence and battery( i belive it was also battery) on me , he was held over night and released on OR he went to court and the judge put in a not guilty plea for him and his case was dismissed seeing he also has some mental problems they arrested him cuz the cops seen 2 red marks on my neck and finger prints on my wrist , they never took any pics as evidence etc , his charges were dropped so now im asking would he be not allowed in to canada because of this or would this not affect him seeing how his case was dismised and the charges were dropped ? because seeing how iam canadian we want to go back to canada and we need this info
any help would be apperciated ty :)

If the charges were dropped, they probably won't interfere with his travel to Canada. But if you want to know Canadian immigration policy, you would be better served by asking the Canadian immigration authorities or posting on a Canadian board.
