New York Right of Way

I a piece of property that is family owned and was just used for hunting. About 1/2 way through the property in a Magnolia Pipeline and Right of Way. I am going to build a two house on the property, one on the north side and one on the south side of the right of way. What are the laws for putting a driveway/road over the pipeline right of way?

The only law is that you follow the rules and regs of the pipeline company.

You should contact them for permits and permission. Their phone number should be on a nearby sign.
