Could a Shoplifting Photo Resurface

hey everyone,
i was caught shoplifting in Macy's when i was about 15,
let me just say that it was just security who caught us.
i wasn't arrested or anything but they did take my picture as along with everyone else that was there and they sent me a bill later to pay for everything. (which is completely fair)
now that I'm 19 and getting into the music business I'm wondering if that picture or anything could some how surface up... does anybody know if there is anything i can do?
it was so long ago and i was a minor.

You're a musician? Folk, classical, or something... because in the world of pop, rock (including classic and oldies), jazz, rap, soul or hip-hop, shoplifting probably isn't even enough to give you street cred. Heck, even in production... ;) If it comes out it might make for good cover art. Maybe you could do a cover of Been Caught Stealing by Jane's Addiction.
