    Attempt to Get Warrant Denied
Incident occured in GA. A male was attacked by a female. After the initial attack, he defended himself by pushing her away. The female got a warrant prior to the male. The male went to file a warrant at the probate office and was sent from the probate judge to the Sheriff's office to file for a warrant where he was then booked and arrested for the warrant which was filed against him. After the male was bonded out, the sheriff accepted a statement for a warrant and when the male attempted to file for a warrant, he was told by the probate and the sheriff that under the cicumstances a warrant could not be issued for the female. Why would the male be denied a warrant against the female?

A probate judge? Either someone doesn't know the proper words to use to ask the question, or the "male" is a total and complete moron. So lots of luck with that. And we have no idea really what your question is.

But taking a guess, let me tell you this. The prosecutor, da, sa has total and complete discretion to bring or not bring charges. There is nothing that can be done about that. Nothing. Period.
