How to Get an Expungment of Misdemeanors a and B in the State of Texas
My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: texas I have 3 misdemeanors on my record all from the same cop. I have gone to Internal Affairs and found the officer in the wrong, but nothing was done about my record. I do beleive i was innocent But what the court appointed attorney told me was to basically give up so they can go home. I am only 20 and trying to get into medical school cause i love helping people. I have a misdemeanor A for resisting Misdemeanor B for trespassing and Misdemeanor B for interferring with officer duties. All was represented by court appointed lawyers which only made me plea guilty cause they said i had no chance. I was young and never been in trouble my whole life, so i did what i thought was right by trusting them and plead guilty. They never told me the difference between a Misdemeanor A,B or C. What can i do to get these expunged? Ill do anything reopen and trial over anything. What is there for me to do to qualify for an expungement in the state of texas?

Ajucation has to be to be witheld, then olny class C misdeamnaors can expunged, all others you can petetion for an order of non disclosure. You can speak to a lawyer to discuss if there any other options.
