H1 Transfer Back

Hi,

I had a question about H1B Transfer, Here's my situation, I have a H1B approved with company A till 2011, I have been working for them for about 3 years, recently I had to go on bench (technically I am still there employee and get paid from them, however will be eventually let go if I cant find a position within 2 months).

Now while I am on the bench I got offered a position by company B, which I accepted and they had already applied for my H1B transfer. But now I found a position within company A, can leave company B and just continue working for company A. (I just started working for company B, less than a week)

Or did I lose my status with company A, I would really appreciate any responses.

As long as Company A didn't revoke your status, you can return to work with Company A.

Thank you for the response, Company A has NOT revoked my status yet, however I was worried that since I started working at company B (while on bench for company A), I automatically lose my status with company A.
