I am a bit confused about the new G-325A form.
The new form has only one copy instead of four, so do i submit just one
copy w/ the I-130 and one copy w/ the I-485 or do i still need to provide 4 copies with each?
Please advise
Thank you.

You follow the instructions on the forms you are submitting - read the instructions for each form and follow them. For example, where it says on the I-130 form that you are to provide "A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a Form G-325A for your husband and wife", you follow the instruction.
OK Mr. Knowitall...
There is a problem however. The USCIS website (where you download the form) indicates that the .PDF file contains 4 pages. As mentioned above, NOW the form has only 2 pages (one form, one page of instructions.) The old form (7/14/06) had 5 pages total (four forms and one page of instructions) where each of the 4 forms went to a different department.
So something is not correct: either the new form is broken or the USCIS web site is broken.
Whether they give you one copy, four copies, or a billion copies, you follow the instructions on the forms you are submitting. In the example above, where you are instructed to provide a single copy, that would be the instruction.
i mailed in my package last week (AUG 28) with the new form and i only submitted one copy ( one page instead of four pages).
since the instructions on the old G-325a said to submit all 4 copies and
the instructions on the new G-325a didn't, i just followed the instructions on the new G-325a. (NOT the instructions on the forms i was submitting)
Today (SEP 8) i received the I-797C (for all forms I-130, I-765, I-485)
and everything is approved and OK
