hi ,iam ordered to pay back support,but my kids have not been in school,my oldest has not been in school ,she drop out in the 10 th grade , my other child has not been in school either,she drop out in the 8th grade now they are trying to get 500$ month for back i need help....
If you believe you are entitled to modification of your support obligation, you need to petition for modification. Normally any change in your obligation will be prospective - that is, from the date of your petition for modification forward. If you have not requested a modification, you should expect that the current support order will continue to be enforced whether or not it reflects the current facts.
