Visitation

Hi me and the mother of my child got into and argument about 3 weeks ago i cannot go to her house if i do it will be tresspassing since our argument i have not talked to my daughter or seen her and she usulally calls me atleast 10 times a day i have sent other family members to check on her or see if they can get her for me but her mom will not return any calls i pay child support and i am always on time what should i do so that i can see my daughter?

Child support is irrelevent - it's not an "admission fee". What does your court ordered custody or visitation agreement state? And, what state is the child in?
