My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
I am 20 years old. One of my girlfriends who is 21 let me have her ID in order for me to get into a club. On Thursday night the club got raided by the liquor board and I got arrested. I ended up getting these charges:
4-244 40: Person under 21 years of age with liqour in the body
4-241 N: Use of ficticious ID to obtain liquor
28-34783 Knowingly displaying ID of another
This is my second MIC since the beginning of the year...
I was breathalyzed, fingerprinted, and taken a picture of. I need to know what my punishment is going to look like, please help me!!! I am so scared...
