Items Were Not Supposed to Be Included in Bankruptcy, But Were Included
My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Florida

I filed Chaper 7 a few months back. My 1st mortgage and my car were included and were not supposed to. I've been paying on time every month. My 2ns mortgage doesn't show in BK filling.

What can I do to correct/reverse this????? Am I SOL?

I just looked at my paperwork and it says that I was not to surrender the items and the debt was to be reaffirmed? My attorney just told me to wait for the discharge pappers and we were done. I am very concerned. Please help me with advise.

the items you mention would be included in the BK but included for what reason is the difference. In your second post, you state that the items were to be reaffirmed. That means you keep them just like no BK ever happened.

Equifax is reporting them as "Included in BK". I contested both the items. The results were in yesterday and they still say "Included in BK"
    What should I do now?
