My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Missouri
Hi. My brother was arrested this morning with a friend for playing a round of golf with a cart and not paying for it. The round cost $14, dumb I know. He was ticketed with a court date in October. My question is, will he be offered any pleas or informal charges, or can it be dismissed because it's so petty? I understand it's serious, but he's a good kid with a clean record and does well in school/sports. Will it be in Juvenile court or Adult? Do my parents need a lawyer? Thanks!
