Contempt to Custody Order
My husbands ex didn't follow through with the court order that is currently in place. Husband called her out on it, and she got upset. She said that husband is in contempt because she wasn't able to see child because she didn't call in time (a section of the court order says she must call within 24 hours before intention to see child; she did not do this). She says she filed papers after talking to a sheriff who says we are wrong (that's what she told us; even though I thought sheriff officers are supposed to be non-biased). She said she filed contempt and a few other papers.
What can we expect at a contempt hearing, if it comes, and what other papers is she talking about?
Thanks, if you need clarification just ask.

We have no idea. We're not she.
She SAYS she has filed to have you held in contempt. Have you received a summons yet?

no we haven't received any papers yet. i just wasn't sure if there is a like a guideline as what to file when there's a contempt. what papers exactly go with contempt. and what can we expect in court if it does come up?
