Caught Shoplifting in Canada but Not Charged by Police
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ontario, Canada

I would like to know what are the consequences of being caught shoplifting by the store security but the police left with just a warning but said that the visitor to canada cannot ever enter teh country again.
    What can one do?

I am skeptical that Canada would exclude somebody merely over a report of an incident, with no arrest, prosecution or conviction, but as you were told when you posted this is a U.S. board. Try a Canadian board or Canadian immigration lawyer.
