    dismissable?

Probably not. To get the dismissal, you'd have to show proof of correction, and to show proof of correction you'd have to have the citation signed off, and to have the citation signed off you'd have to show that you complied before the appear date on the citation. Talk to the judge though... See what he/she says.

Hate to sound like a broken record, but do remember to bring the letter from the in company declaring the vehicle as total loss. Chances are, the judge will let it go.

Actually, you wouldn't be sounding like a broken record at all, HonkingAntelope... This is the first time that you mentioned the letter from the insurance company (I assume that by "in" you meant "insurance")... That last time you advised the OP to bring something with him to court, it was the "receipt showing legal tint %"...

Bring the receipt with you to your arraignment and tell the judge you have the recept showing legal tint %

Went to court today. Guilty of all charges haha fun...
But I fought the speed down from 107mph to 81mph $693 for all 3 tickets. Ok i guess, alot better then the 1k-2k I was expecting.

Thanks for all your advice guys, they brought in a accident reconstructionist, the 2 witnesses, both officers, and the person that made the left turn. I was doomed from the beginning LOL
