    Paid Less Than New Co-Workers
I have 8 or 9 months working for a pool company, starting pay was 350.00 per week. Couple of months ago I got more pool for my route and got 50.00 more pay. I just found out this new guys starting pay was 400.00 and three months later he got a 50.00 for more pools and a raise.
Just so happens I still do more pools than he does and a much better job cleaning them. Can I sue my boss and what are the possiblities for winning the case? Should I just confront him?

    Different Wages
You negotiated your wage separately. There is no reason why your employer cannot offer you different wages, provided he is abiding by the minimum wage laws. So your recourse is to confront your boss - but in a polite manner - and request a raise.
