17 Year Old Runaway in Oklahoma

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Oklahoma

Our 17 year old daughter ran away. Her father finally found her and talked to her and she refuses to come home. We reported her as a runaway the night she left. We went and found prescription drugs and marijuana in her bedroom. She used to cut herself and we are unsure if her has started to do so again. We are unsure of our options at this point. We want her home but are afraid because we also have a 5 year old. She has repeatedly snook out of the house and has harmed the 5 year old before. We both work and try to have at least one of us at home as much as possible but there is still a few hours a week we can't supervise her. Can anyone help us know what options we have?
