Not Paying Child Support Becomes a Felony in Michigan

I understand not paying child support is not directly a felony in USA. But in Michigan it leads to a felony. I do not know the name of the crime. But it starts with "Family..." What crime leads to a felony if you do not pay child support in the state of Michigan? I heard the law started about 6 years ago.
